Warming herself in the dim light of a dying street lamp is a waif of a girl who looks far too worn for her years. The clothes she wears suggest the oldest profession, and the fog in her eyes suggests a habit that demands such a line of work.

- Simmy is a Better Than Life (BTL) junkie, high on a number of constructs jacked into her brain. You can inform her of Monika's passing to learn that Monika helped Simmy by bringing her tea and food - otherwise, she's just one more junkie lost in the constantly shifting ocean of the Flux State.
- As you complete runs, talk to Simmy. She'll often quote a few lines from the BTL chip she's currently on. Some of the BTL chips she mentions appear to be 'Peter Pan', 'The Sound of Music' and 'Terminator' - in all of which she portrays a motherly role.
- Eventually, you'll piece together that Monika was the one who suggested that Simmy use BTL chips to forget the trauma of her miscarriage.
- Doctor Xabier Ezkibel has a soft spot for her. Once you found that out, if you talked to him about it, he asks you to keep it hush-hush.
- Simmy can be killed during the attack on the Kreuzbasar. To avoid this, as you're talking to her, you can ask her to "be brave in the real world"(should include when). After the attack, you can then suggest that she become a surrogate mother or daughter to those who had lost their loved ones during the attack.
