Blaster - Blaster Lvl 1 costs 1 AP and has a Cooldown of 2. It deals 50 DMG and has an AOE of 2. Blaster Lvl 2 costs 1 AP and has a Cooldown of 2. It deals 75 DMG and has an AOE of 2. "An area effect Matrix attack that deals IP damage to IC and deckers."
Degrade - Degrade Lvl 1 costs 1 AP and has a Cooldown of 0. Degrade Lvl 2
Erosion - Erosion Lvl 1 costs 1 AP and has a Cooldown of 2. Deals 50 DMG. "Erodes integrity points of IC. Does -50 IP with ongoing -25 IP for 2 rounds."
Firewall - Firewall Lvl 2 costs 1 AP and has a Cooldown of 1. "Creates five squares of firewall that cause -25 IP when moving through it."
Killer - Killer Lvl 2 costs 1 AP and has a Cooldown of 1. It deals 100 DMG. "A powerful attack program directed at one target"
Killjoy - Killjoy Lvl 1 costs 1 AP and has a Cooldown of 1.
Medic - Medic Lvl 1 costs 1 AP, has a Cooldown of 3, and heals 40 IP DMG. Medic Lvl 2 costs 1 AP, has a Cooldown of 3 and heals 60 IP of DMG. "Heals yourself or a friendly target."
Shield - Shield Lvl costs 1 AP and has a Cooldown of 0. "Incoming DMG from attacks is reduced by 15 for 4 rounds."
Slow - Slow Lvl 1 costs 1 AP and has a Cooldown of 3. "Reduces AP of target by 1 for 2 rounds"
Sniffer - Sniffer Lvl 1 costs 1 AP and has a Cooldown of 0. "Increases your chance to hit against enemy IC and deckers by 15% for 2 rounds. "Sniffer Lvl 2 costs 1 AP and has a Cooldown of 0. "Increases your chance to hit against enemy IC and deckers by 20% for 3 rounds."
Suppression - Suppression Lvl 1 costs 3 AP and has a Cooldown of 6. It does 4 DMG. "Reduces alarm state by 4"
