He appears in the Seamstresses Union following the events of Beneath the Brotherhood. Speaking to him grants access to a side mission involving kidnapping a Renraku scientist, and optionally acquiring the Renraku research data (requires Decking 6). He pays 9,000 Nuyen, 6 Karma for the scientist and an additional 1,500 nuyen for the research data. Helping the scientist escape, but retrieving the data pays 1,500 nuyen, and 8 karma.
