Detective McKlusky is a Lone Star Homicide Detective based in Seattle. As the lead detective assigned to the Emerald City Ripper murders, this case is his key to getting his Lieutenant's badge. He isn't too concerned about justice, so long as he can make a collar stick, and it is an open secret that he is on the take. This powerful patron is most likely the reason this incompetent lawman still has a job.
