Cyberware Affinity is a skill in Shadowrun: Hong Kong.

Overview

Enhances your characters' ability to use cyberweapons by increasing their crit chance and unlocks the ability to install powerful cybernetic enhancements.

Unlocks

1. Platelet Factory (Bioware), Ares Dermal Plating (Basic), Saeder-Krupp Skillwires, Transys Neuronet Skillwires, Renraku Skillwires, Yamatetsu Cyberarm (Alpha), Ares Hand Razors, Cross Cyber Spur, Shock Hand
2. Encephalon NEXT, Vision Magnification Eyes (Alpha), Synthacardium Mk 2 (Bioware), Cross Dermal Sheath, JoltAlert, Shiawase Magnet Arm, Hydraulic Jack Mk 2, all hand razors can now twin slash.
3. Suprathyroid (Bioware), Ares Dermal Plating (Alpha), Auto-Loader Cyber-Arm, +1 essence (7 total), eviscerate for hand razors and spurs.
4. Monofilament Whip, Yamatetsu Hand Razors, "new attacks".
5. Wired Reflexes, Yamatetsu Cyber Spur, +5% to hit with cyberweapons, "new attacks".
6. +1 essence (8 total), eliminates racial maxima when using cyberware. (Also allows increases from cyberware to increase the maximum level of sub-skills) (Will not allow trolls to exceed 15 Strength)
7. +2 armor piercing for all cyberweapons.

Notes

• Cyberware Affinity was added in Hong Kong. This skill is not available in Shadowrun Returns or Shadowrun: Dragonfall.
