Ambrose is from the UCAS. He claims to be a former shadowrunner, which seems to be the only definite thing about him; you don't need that much cyberware for survival otherwise.

• Talk to him to understand his backstory. Once you've heard him out, you'll gain 1 Karma. However, after listening to him, you can interact with certain objects in Chrome Alley, and realise that there are many things in his story which doesn't add up. Like he said, what's important is that now, he's a street doctor and wants to do good.
