The attendant behind the counter is an uncommonly fine-featured dwarf with a beatific smile. A yellow ID tag pinned to his chest announces his name in large, blocky letters: "PARSON."

Parson maintains the Communion located on floor 1 of the building featured in the APEX Rising mission. He appears to be a pacifist due to his comments when requesting your help in aiding with repairs to the Communion jackpoints. Later, he confronts you in the Matrix when you are trying to free APEX, but his motives are unclear. It also appears that his fellow communists serve APEX as they attempt to attack the main terminal along with APEX's defense drones when you try to free APEX. APEX's current state was most likely related to the functionality of the Communion, but this again is unclear.
