Brackhaus is a male human with golden eyes and long hair. He is a representative of Lofwyr, the king of dragons and owner of Saeder-Krupp. However, according to him, he does not serve Lofwyr. This, coupled with his physical appearance, indicate that he might actually be Lofwyr himself.

Shadowrun Returns[ | ]
He appears as the representative of Lofwyr during a meeting at James Telestrian III's manor in the mission "The Estate" regarding the spirit insect threat posed by the Seattle chapter of Universal Brotherhood. He gives information about the insects to the player and Lofwyr's knowledge about them.
Harlequin also gives some not-too-subtle hints on who he really is.
Shadowrun: Dragonfall[ | ]
Brackhaus appears during the epilogue of the game, where he questions the player about the events that happened in the Harfeld manor. He then proposes the player character to work for Lofwyr, which the player can then accept or refuse.
