Maliit is a tech vendor, (initially) offering the first two decks, four drones, and assorted gear.
She can repair the broken drone, picked up during The Drug Pit run, from the vault Blitz opens. However, upon repair, it's revealed that the drone will only listen to their owner - who happens to be Blitz.
She also sells an ancient RGB monitor necessary to further the investigation into Monika's death. The optical (CD, DVD) drive player necessary to read Green Winters' discs is found elsewhere; she'll point you in the right direction.
After the attack on the Kreuzbasar, Maliit reveals that she had killed someone in the past, implying that she was a retired shadowrunner. During the assault, she was busy restoring communications together with Blitz.
